Five years ago we established the Exemplary Leadership Programme in conjunction with the Department for Education and researchED. This programme has become hugely successful, working with hundreds of senior leaders over the last few years utilising some of the top school leaders and educationalists in the world today including Tom Bennett, Doug Lemov, Christine Counsell, Dylan Wiliam and many more plus a wealth of highly experienced and successful school leaders and teachers.
Given the success of the Exemplary Leadership Programme, in 2025 launched the Exemplary Teaching Programme. With the ETP we bring you a similar range of top educationalists, however with this programme, the focus will be on classroom teaching: what do the best teachers do that makes them so effective? How can teachers, especially those who serve children from the most challenging demographics, enable pupils' trajectories in life to be transformed? How can excellent teachers become even more expert? How do teachers striving to improve become really effective in the classroom?
The Exemplary Teaching Programme will be a nine month long course which will include conferences, regular online tutorials, school visits and masterclass workshops.
