What is the exemplary leadership programme outline?
The programme is structured over one academic year (nine months) and has three distinct modules.
In 2026 – 2027, the Programme will begin in October. The modules will be taught by our expert team and comprise the following:
Module 1: Behaviour Culture
Module 2: Curriculum
Module 3: The Enacted Curriculum
What does the  course comprise of?
  • 18 Tuesday webinars led by a combination of expert tutors and school experts (see schedule)
  • Conferences – 1 in-person  and 1 on-line (both Saturdays).
  • 2 school visits – 1 for Behaviour Culture and 1 for Curriculum and the Enacted Curriculum.
  • Access to the ELP Library where a host of resources, including videos, documents and think-pieces, are available.
  • A great ELP team to co-ordinate everything for you!
Who is eligible for the ELP?
Y​ou are eligible if you are: 
  • An executive principal, director of education/standards; a position at Trust level
  • With on-line webinars and conferences, you can enrol from anywhere in the world
  • A head teacher/principal or a head of school
  • A deputy head teacher/vice principal
  • An assistant head teacher/assistant principal
  • Future leader
  • Able to drive and effect whole-school change in your school or across Trust level
What are the costs?
The Programme cost is £1300. See below for 3 price packages.

  •  The closing date for EARLY ENROLMENT at £1100 per participant is 6pm GMT on Thursday, 2 July, 2026. Please note, whilst we will be able to process your enrolment after that date and time, you will be charged £1300pp.
  • BLOCK ENROLMENT for 10 or more participants is priced at £1000pp per Trust/School. The closing date for enrolment to this offer is 6pm GMT on Thursday, 10 September, 2026. Your payment request from us will be on one invoice.
  • The closing date for EXTENDED ENROLMENT @£1300 per participant (pp) is 6pm GMT on Thursday, 10 September, 2025. Please note, we will not be able to process your enrolment after that date and time.

Can two or three school leaders from the same school apply?
Although you are more than welcome to enrol individaully, we have found it to be most beneficial to those that have enrolled 2 or more colleagues onto the programme in the same cohort.
