The Programme

Our Programme is a blend of on-line webinars, conferences and school visits over one academic year. It is for all phases, contexts and settings, including specialist schools.

The Programme is structured over one academic year (nine months) and has three distinct modules.

The modules will be taught by our expert team and comprise the following:
  • Module 1: Behaviour Culture
  • Module 2: A Knowledge-Rich Curriculum
  • Module 3: The Enacted Curriculum
 
The programme has a blend of webinars with some in-person and online conferences. The Programme provides our participants with the knowledge to codify and embed both exceptional behaviour and an ambitious curriculum. Participants will have the opportunity to also visit a range of schools to see these in practice. They will also be able to access Library resources to support their learning and share with colleagues.

The outline of the three modules:

Developing Behaviour & Culture in school
This module will run in Autumn Term
Module 1 is a blend of:
  • An in-person launch conference on a Saturday in October with a series of seminars on behaviour culture.
  • An on-line conference on a Friday with a series of seminars on behaviour culture, and curriculum.
  • Live webinars led by our behaviour experts.
  • Two visits to one of our host schools with guided learning and reflection from our team on behaviour culture.
  • On-line resources and videos in our Library. 
Developing a Knowledge-rich Curriculum
This module will run in Spring Term​
Module 2 is a blend of:
  • 2 on-line conferences each on a Friday with a series of seminars on curriculum.
  • Live webinars led by our curriculum experts.
  • On-line resources and videos in our Library.
Putting it all together
This module will run in Summer Term.
Module 3 is a blend of:
  • One in-person closing conference on a Saturday in June.
  • Live webinars led by our enacted curriculum and CPD experts.
  • Two visits to our host schools with guided learning and reflection from our team on curriculum and the enacted curriculum.
  • On-line resources and videos in our Library.
