What is the structure of the ELP?
The Programme is structured over one academic year (nine months) and has three distinct modules:

The programme has a blend of webinars with some in-person and online conferences. The Programme provides our participants with the knowledge to codify and embed both exceptional behaviour and an ambitious curriculum. Participants will have the opportunity to also visit a range of schools to see these in practice. They will also be able to access Library resources to support their learning and share with colleagues.
