What is the ELP?
Educational research tells us that a strong behaviour culture, and an ambitious, sequenced curriculum delivered with strong teaching transforms children’s outcomes, lives and life chances!
Our Programme has been developed by The Knowledge Hub with a team of expert school leaders and educationalists. Its content is crafted and sequenced to ensure those who can effect whole-school change, in any school setting, can build their school leadership knowledge in three very specific domains, and will leave them empowered to enact it for secure and rapid impact:
Our expert tutors have worked in inner-city, rural and coastal schools, in both primary and secondary settings. You are eligible for the ELP if you work in a school where your role (substantive or not) is one from which you will be able to drive and effect whole-school change.
The Knowledge Hub is home to the ELP, and participants on the Programme will be able to access the wealth of knowledge and expertise the Hub provides, too.

- Establishing and embedding exemplary behaviour and an exemplary school culture.
- Working with subject leaders to develop a knowledge-rich curriculum.
- Ensuring that curriculum is enacted highly effectively, grounded in what we know works, and respecting subject disciplines.
