Doug Lemov is the author of the international bestseller Teach Like a Champion - now in its 3.0 version, as well as a number of other very successful books on education and how to enable children, especially from the most deprived demographics, to achieve. He is the co-author, with TLAC colleagues, of Practice Perfect, Reading Reconsidered, Teaching in the Online Classroom, and Reconnect. He is Chief Knowledge Officer & Founder of the organisation Teach like a Champion whose mission is to dramatically improve teaching through the study of exceptional teachers.

Doug in the Midlands
#DougintheMidlands will be a full day’s conference in the stunning 11th century medieval Cathedral of Lichfield. The event will be from 10-3 and include a lovely lunch within the beautiful gothic Cathedral itself. The #DougintheMidlands conference will give a more expanded set of sessions, exploring in depth some of the key ideas he has researched over many years.
